What they need
We're looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Second Chef to join our small, friendly kitchen team at The Hare & Hounds in West End.
We're a welcoming, locals-focused pub serving simple, home-cooked food done well. We're not looking for fancy fine dining, just someone who takes pride in producing consistently great, honest, food.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working as part of a small team, but equally confident running the kitchen independently on quieter days.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working in a pub or similar kitchen.
- Confidence working both independently and alongside other chefs.
- Good organisation, cleanliness and food safety standards.
- A positive, reliable attitude and a genuine passion for good food.
- Flexibility to work across a flexible seven-day rota, including evenings and weekends.
- Availability for 40+ hours per week.
We're looking for someone who wants to become part of a friendly, established pub and help us deliver great food to our local community.
Interested? Get in touch with your CV and a little about yourself. We'd love to hear from you
