Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef that wants to join our team. This job gives excellent benefits, real work life balance, and the opportunity to be creative with daily specials. Ideal candidate must have experience with high volume and comparable restaurant demands. We are ok hiring someone who is ready for there first opportunity being a sous chef and will mentor you. Current Chef has a team of management in place but would like to bring another strong chef in. • Current experience with local references a must
• Strong line skills in fast paced environment
• Can work with others and listen
• Leadership skills
• Food knowledge with ability to execute/create Italian food
• Ability to create specials that make sense
• Nights/Day Shifts availability with weekends

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
