What they need
Responsibilities:
- Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervise kitchen staff during shifts
- Ensure food is prepared to standard and on time
- Help with menu preparation and food costing
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
- Take charge of the kitchen in Head Chef’s absence
Requirements:
- Experience as Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
- Strong cooking and organizational skills
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
