Sous Chef

Soho House Tel Aviv Soho House Tel Aviv is looking for a passionate, experienced and hands-on Sous Chef to join our culinary team.

As our Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, maintain exceptional food quality and inspire the team to deliver outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Lead, train and motivate the kitchen team.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation and service standards.
• Oversee food preparation, kitchen organization and operational efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, food costs and waste control.
• Support menu development and the introduction of new dishes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Strong culinary skills and a passion for food and hospitality.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and/or English.
