Seeking an Experienced Sous Chef with Line & Event Experience
5 Day Work Week / 2 Consecutive Days off
Closed Sunday & Monday (Oct-March) then Monday & Tuesday (April-Sept)
No Late Nights - Usually out by 9pm/10pm
Clean & Safe Restaurant, Fun & Professional Staff, Team Oriented Environment
Creative Menus - Free Parking - Shift meal provided

Staff management and training skills a must.
