Sous Chef (Night) Position Objective: Direct overnight culinary operations and ensure safe, efficient production for nighttime and morning service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise night cooks and allocate production tasks
- Ensure quality and consistency of overnight service
- Monitor food safety, storage and kitchen cleanliness
- Review inventory needs, waste and equipment concerns
- Deliver clear handover notes to day leadership
Experiencia y aptitudes deseadas
Required Profile
- Experience as a senior chef or kitchen supervisor
- Strong knowledge of high-volume culinary production
- Confidence leading overnight teams independently
- Good cost control, hygiene and planning skills
