What they need
- Supervisionare il team di cucina e sostituire lo Chef in sua assenza e assumerne tutte le mansioni quando richiesto;
- Assegnare i compiti al personale di cucina;
- Pianificare le preparazioni e garantire che tutti i piatti rispettino le ricette concordate e gli standard di presentazione;
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative in materia di salute e igiene (HACCP) e degli standard di sicurezza sul lavoro;
