Sous Chef

Role Overview We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes and help shape our menu.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality dishes
• Supporting menu development using local ingredients
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
• Assisting with stock control and ordering
• Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
• Training and supporting junior team members

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Passion for fresh, seasonal food
• Strong organisational and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Food hygiene and allergen certification preferred

Pay: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
