Sous Chef

**We’re Hiring: Sous Chef – Paladar, London (SE1)**

Paladar, a creative Latin American restaurant near Elephant & Castle, is looking for a **reliable, enthusiastic and passionate Sous Chef** to join our team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience in Latin American and/or Japanese cuisine.
• A creative approach to food, with a passion for developing new dishes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a kitchen team.
• A positive attitude, reliability and a commitment to high standards.
• The right to work legally in the UK.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable.

Position Details

• **Full-time position**
• Approximately **40–45 hours per week**
• Location: Paladar, near Elephant & Castle, London.
