Em Sherif Café is looking for an experienced Service Chef to join our team in Dubai immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily kitchen service operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation.
• Manage and coordinate the kitchen team during service to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain high culinary standards, with a strong focus on Lebanese cuisine.
• Ensure proper mise en place, timely preparation, and efficient execution on the line.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team while maintaining a professional and organized working environment.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
• Proven experience as a Service Chef in refined restaurants and fine-dining establishments.
• Strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine .
• Extensive hands-on experience managing and working on the line during service.
• Excellent management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, consistency, and kitchen operational standards.
