Sous Chef - Fine Dining / Rosette Restaurant

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to continue the growth of our exciting Restaurant Ten Tables which offers refined dining at a 2 Rosette level.

The Restaurant is an intimate venue with just Ten Tables catering for both Hotel Residents and external Diners, the Restaurant is now a firm favourite with the locals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Chef to build on their Skills and truly make a name for themselves.

This is a small Kitchen and we are seeking a Chef with solid technically ability and experience at a 2 Rosette level who is comfortable working across all areas of the Kitchen and alone.

The menu is created using only fresh seasonal produce and is cooked to a 2 Rosette standards.

The Restaurant is open for Dinner Only & Sunday Lunch (No Dinner Service on Sunday).

Salary up to £45,000 per annum including tips of circa £700 per month.

This Position is for a Chef who wants to use fresh ingredients, prepared using classic technical techniques whilst working to high levels of organisation and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience at Senior Sous Chef level

Cooking to Michelin/ Rosette Standard

Creative flair with a passion for food

Solid technical ability across all areas of the Kitchen

Eye for detail and exceptional level of cleanliness.

Due to location you must drive with access to your own vehicle
