Sous Chef fulltime

We have opened up a position for a Sous CHEF,

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our kitchen team and continue our tradition.

The successful candidate will be an existing Sous Chef in an established cafe/restaurant.

We are a medium size cafe in the Thebarton area and pride ourselves on flavoursome dishes which represent our fresh outlook on service and experience.

We ultimately are looking for great communicator, experience in stock control and ordering and enjoys the idea of receiving great customer feedback.

We are an open kitchen so presentable and tidy representation is vital

You must hold the unlimited and unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

We're looking for a motivated & hardworking individual who is passionate about working in a team and producing excellent food.

Tasks Required Include:

a represenation when head chef is on days off.

Requirements:

•  At least 2 years of experience in the Sous Chef position

•  Have proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment

•  Qualification in Commercial Cookery
