The job

We're looking for a Sous Chef with extensive experience in Italian Sautee

Celestino's is a scratch Italian kitchen and pizzeria doing real volume across dine-in, takeout, delivery and catering, plus a 65-seat private event room.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in a Sous Chef, Lead Line Cook or equivalent role in a n Italian kitchen.
• Real Italian sauté experience. This is the first thing we screen for.
• You can taste a sauce and tell us what's missing.
• Speed with accuracy. Volume doesn't rattle you and it doesn't lower your standard.
• You lead by example on the line and can correct a cook without blowing up the shift.
• Bilingual

Schedule

5 Days 11am-9pm

What we offer

• $1,150 per week (5 days)
• PTO after 1 year of employment
