Sous Chef – Premium Restaurant in Monton, Eccles

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who can assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen of a new premium restaurant in Monton, Eccles.

Location: Monton, Eccles (easily accessible from Eccles, Swinton, and Manchester City Centre)

Hours: 48 Hours per Week (Shift-Patterns are negotiable)

The Role:

• Support the Head Chef during preparation and with running services of up to 120 covers on peak nights

• Lead sections confidently when required and help to ensure a smooth service

• Maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency

• Assist the head chef with ideas for seasonal menu changes and specials

• Keep preparation organised and ready for busier service nights

• Help train and steady the team during service

• Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail at all times

We’re Looking For:

• A Chef de Partie ready to step up

• Experience in modern British or European fresh food kitchens

• Confidence in running sections during busy service

• Someone who is organised, consistent and reliable under pressure

• Has a passion for food quality and presentation

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Ability to deliver an excellent service under pressure

• Someone who takes pride in every plate leaving the pass
