Sous Chef — Production Kitchen

Work location: Yaba Arzaz, Al Khawaneej 2, Dubai
Salary: AED 6,000 per month
Job type: Full-time
Lead the production team and preparation programme, reporting to the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef.
Responsibilities
Plan daily preparation and batch cooking against restaurant requirements.
Supervise production chefs and coordinate work allocation.
Maintain recipe accuracy, yields and portion consistency.
Control cooling, labeling, storage and stock rotation.
Manage production handovers to the operations kitchen and report shortages.
Maintain hygiene and minimize waste.
Requirements
Sous chef or production kitchen supervisory experience.
Strong batch-cooking, planning and recipe-standardization skills.
Knowledge of safe cooling, storage and food handling.
Ability to lead a hands-on production team.
