Salary: AED 6,000 per month

Job type: Full-time

Lead live kitchen service and the operations team, reporting to the Kitchen Manager / Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Brief the team and check section readiness before service.

• Coordinate hot, cold, grill and line sections during service.

• Check dish quality, portioning and presentation at the pass.

• Manage service timing and communicate with the floor team.

• Coach chefs and coordinate preparation requirements with production.

• Maintain hygiene, stock control and waste standards.

Requirements

• Sous chef or kitchen service supervisory experience.

• Strong practical cooking and busy-service coordination skills.

• Ability to lead multiple sections and maintain consistent quality.

• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen cost control.
