Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations during contract assignments.
• Lead kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain consistency and quality of menu items across various locations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Adapt quickly to new kitchen environments and equipment.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed during assignments.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to meet client expectations and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a mobile culinary team.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the USA for 30-day contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
