About the roles
Working closely with our Head Chef and owners, you’ll play a key leadership role in the BOH, supporting day-to-day operations while helping develop the team and maintain high food and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in running daily kitchen operations
- Lead service confidently in the Head Chef’s absence
- Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
- Train, mentor, and motivate junior BOH staff
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times
- Assist with prep, ordering, stock control, and wastage management
- Lead by example with professionalism, communication, and work ethic
