New Casual Steakhouse coming to James Island. This will be a fun and energetic atmosphere with a mix of Texas Blues and Honky Tonk vibes with live music after dinner service. We will be offering a more “affordable“ take on a traditional steakhouse serving sirloin cuts on up to filets, strips, and ribeyes with sides included. Job Overview

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager‘s to help lead our culinary team with passion and precision. In this pivotal role, you will assist in all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, safety, and service standards.

Duties

• Lead and supervise all kitchen staff, with other chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, promoting a positive and productive team culture
• Oversee food production processes to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared efficiently and consistently
• Enforce strict food safety sanitizing procedures and uphold compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment

Experience

• Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced culinary environment.
• Strong background in food industry standards including food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures
• Leadership experience managing diverse teams of culinary professionals while fostering teamwork and professional development

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
