Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to oversee and help lead the day-to-day operations of our kitchen.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hands-on, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Reading, understanding, and consistently executing recipes
• Managing daily prep and production
• Maintaining food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Managing inventory, ordering, and par levels
• Controlling waste and monitoring food costs
• Maintaining proper food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Training, supervising, and holding kitchen staff accountable
• Organizing stations and ensuring the kitchen is prepared for service
• Communicating clearly with management and the front-of-house team
• Helping maintain an efficient, professional, and positive kitchen environment

You must have previous kitchen leadership experience and be comfortable working alongside a team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, pays attention to the details, and understands the importance of consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
