What they need
We are an expanding local restaurant business in Prince William County looking for talented, dedicated kitchen staff. We foster a positive work environment and are looking for individuals who bring a strong work ethic, leadership and direction to their day.
Currently seeking a full-time Sous Chef to work in Occoquan. Responsibilities include assisting the Chef in managing the kitchen staff, organizing inventory, assisting with purchasing and receiving, working on the hot, cold and expo line, cold prep and cleaning all food preparation and storage areas.
Qualifications for this position:
-2-3 years experience as kitchen lead, kitchen manager or sous chef.
-Ability to communicate in Spanish and English.
-Knowledge of standard food preparation techniques and kitchen sanitation.
-Ability to perform in an organized manner during high volume periods and help the team function smoothly
