Patrones is looking for a hands-on sous chef who loves creating great food and can keep up on a busy line. You’ll work with our team to develop and refine recipes, prepare dishes during service, and help the team deliver consistent quality every day.
We’re looking for strong line cooking experience, creativity, attention to detail, and someone who leads by example. Experience with Mexican, Latin, or seafood dishes is a plus.
