Oliver’s at Howland House is a neighborhood tavern in Mount Tremper, NY. We serve elevated, seasonal food in a warm and welcoming historic Catskills space. We love great food and great people. Right now, we are looking for a passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen family.

What You’ll Do

• Knock out prep: Get your station fully loaded, organized, and ready for service.
• Cook with pride: Fire up dishes exactly to spec, keeping quality and timing on point.
• Keep it clean: Maintain an ultra-organized station and follow all food safety rules.
• Talk it out: Communicate clearly with the team to keep service running smoothly.

• Experience: Your background in professional kitchens is preferred, but vibe and skills matter most.
