Job Summary:
We are hiring a South Indian Cook / Chef for our new South Indian QSR Madam Madras in Jaipur. We are looking for someone who can prepare tasty and consistent South Indian food and work well in a fast-paced kitchen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare South Indian dishes like dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, and other menu items
• Maintain taste, quality, and presentation of food
• Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
• Manage food preparation on time during busy hours
• Check stock and inform the team when ingredients are low
• Work closely with other kitchen staff and support smooth operations
• Reduce food waste and handle ingredients carefully

Requirements:

• Experience in South Indian cooking
• Must know how to prepare dosa batter, sambhar, chutneys, and other basic South Indian items
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety
• Experience in restaurant, café, or QSR kitchen is preferred

Salary:
Salary will depend on experience and skills

Shift:
Full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
