Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Cook authentic meal items (such as dosa, appam, biryani, and regional curries).
• Make fresh spice blends, wet batters, masalas, and traditional chutneys.
• Maintain strict kitchen cleanliness and food safety rules.
• Check stock levels and request fresh ingredients.
• Help train junior kitchen staff and helpers.

Candidate must have vast experience in South Indian cuisine
