Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Bessemer, AL . We are a proprietary trading firm with 25+ years of experience training and funding professional traders, and we allocate firm capital to disciplined candidates who can demonstrate consistency and risk discipline.

Local time zone: Central Time (CT). Trade US markets from your local time — the NYSE opens at 8:30am Central and closes mid-afternoon.

Trading Responsibilities

• Trade equities and options within defined risk parameters
• Follow a structured, rules-based risk management approach
• Build consistency and scale capital based on performance

How the Remote Setup Works

Maverick traders work from anywhere with reliable broadband. We do not provide office space, and we do not require it. The firm's risk and execution systems are cloud-based, the trading platforms are professional-grade and remote-accessible, and the trader community connects via video and chat — not by physical co-location.
