- הכנת ה scoping, המטריצות, עדכון תהליכים, ניהול וזיהוי סיכונים
- הכנת תיעוד מתאים וניירות עבודה לבדיקת הבקרות
- עבודה מול כלל החברות הבנות ובדיקת תקינות התיעוד לבקרות
- עבודה מול יועצים ורואי חשבון חיצוניים
חשבות ושיפור תהליכים:
- הכנת ניירות עבודה
- עזרה עריכת דוחות כספיים סולו ומאוחד על פי התקינה האמריקאית על בסיס חודשי, רבעוני ושנתי.
- ביקורת מול רו"ח של החברה.
- עבודה מול רשויות ממשלתיות – לשכה מרכזית לסטטיסטיקה, בנק ישראל
ייעול תהליכים ב ERP – שמשפיעים על דיווח כספי, תיעוד ובקרות.
