️ What You’ll Do:

• Prepare materials, supplies, and tools needed for daily tasks.
• Support a variety of production crews as needed throughout the facility.
• Perform carpentry work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively.
• Assist with framing, exterior work, painting support, T-Bar installation, finish work, and cut shop operations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow production schedules and quality standards.
• Learn new skills and advance to higher levels of responsibility.
• Higher-level positions may provide training, technical support, and workflow assistance to production teams.

• Ability to read and understand floor plans, drawings, and construction specifications.

• Experience supporting multiple crews and projects simultaneously.

• Ability to train and mentor team members.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
