Spa and Store Supervisor

Pili Ani is looking for a Spa and Store Supervisor who is passionate about sales, leadership, and delivering a premium client experience. The successful candidate will oversee daily spa operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure that store performance and service standards consistently reflect the Pili Ani brand.

📍 Location: NAIA Terminal 3

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to achieve individual and store sales targets
• Plan and implement daily, monthly, and promotional activities to drive store performance
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, conversion, and business trends, and develop action plans as needed
• Ensure exceptional client experiences through effective consultation, product demonstrations, rituals, and upselling
• Communicate Pili Ani’s Filipino craftsmanship, sustainable sourcing, and product benefits to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through CRM, loyalty, and repeat-business initiatives
• Manage staff scheduling, floor coverage, and overall service standards
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and brand execution
• Oversee inventory management, receiving, transfers, returns, expenses, and store reports
• Train, coach, and develop team members while providing regular performance feedback
• Address performance and operational concerns and ensure compliance with company and retailer policies
• Conduct regular team meetings and keep the team aligned with business priorities and sales goals
• Work closely with the Sales Head to identify opportunities and implement strategies to improve store performance

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in store operations and supervisory role, preferably in beauty, wellness, premium, or luxury retail
• DOH Massage Therapist License or with NCII Certification as a Massage Therapist is an advantage.
• Proven experience in team leadership, sales target achievement, and providing spa/massage services.
• Strong communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven, proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Passionate about sales, people development, and creating memorable client experiences
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and willing to be assigned at NAIA Terminal 3
