Job Summary The Spa Manager is responsible for leading the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the spa division at Shangri-La Jeddah. This leadership role will drive the development and delivery of an exceptional luxury wellness experience aligned with Shangri-La’s brand standards, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, strong commercial performance, and a culture of excellence.

• Manage daily spa operations with strong attention to quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Achieve spa revenue, profitability, and budget targets.
• Develop strategies to increase treatment revenue, memberships, wellness programs, and retail sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to strengthen the spa’s position.
• Ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury service throughout the spa journey.
• Maintain consistently high guest satisfaction scores and service standards.
• Implement improvements based on guest feedback and market expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Shangri-La standards, local regulations, hygiene, and wellness protocols.
• Optimize resources, facilities, inventory, and operational procedures.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain talented spa professionals.
• Create a culture of service excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
• Develop leadership capabilities within the spa team.
• Represent the spa professionally within the luxury hospitality and wellness community.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Wellness, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury spa management, with proven experience in a senior leadership role.
• Has high proficiency in both written and verbal English.
• Strong understanding of spa operations, wellness trends, treatment development, and retail management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on extended duty hours.
