Spa Assistant

About the role

Sculpt Spa is looking for friendly, confident and outgoing Spa Assistants to join our growing team. You do not need to be a qualified beauty therapist, and previous experience with cryotherapy is not required. Full training will be provided across our treatments, equipment and booking system.

Key responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service
• Checking clients in and out of their appointments
• Completing client consultations when required
• Setting clients up for self-service treatments, including lymphatic drainage, red-light therapy and infrared sauna
• Providing CO₂ cryotherapy and body-sculpting treatments following training
• Checking on clients and ensuring they feel comfortable
• Managing appointments and updating bookings through Fresha
• Answering client questions and explaining our services
• Completing general reception and administrative tasks
• Keeping the spa clean, organised and welcoming

• Passionate about wellness and customer care
• Able to provide exceptional customer service
• Interested in growing with the business
• Experience in beauty, wellness, reception, retail or customer service would be helpful but is not essential
