Come Join Our Team at The Float Loft in the Heart of West Chester!

Immerse yourself in the tranquil and rejuvenating environment of The Float Loft, West Chester's premier wellness sanctuary. We’re passionate about helping our community discover the benefits of float therapy, sauna, cold plunge, and red-light sessions—and we’re looking for new team members who share that passion.

What’s in It for You?
Be part of a dedicated, friendly, and dynamic team of spa associates who create a relaxing and memorable experience for all of our guests. This role is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and even explore future leadership opportunities as we continue to expand in the West Chester area.

Enjoy a competitive compensation package of $14/hour + tips and commissions, plus fabulous spa perks including unlimited float, sauna, cold plunge, and red-light sessions—and a free float for a friend or family member each month!

Your Role
As a Spa Associate, you’ll handle a variety of responsibilities to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, including:

• Scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out
• Welcoming new clients and guiding them through our orientation
• Answering phone calls and assisting with service inquiries
• Cleaning and preparing rooms between sessions
• Promoting and selling our products, services, and memberships
• Maintaining float tanks (full training provided!)
• Working as a team and occasionally lifting up to 50lbs

Room to Grow
While this position starts as a Spa Associate, we’re also interested in applicants who may be a great fit for management opportunities in the near future. If you bring reliability, strong customer service skills, and a passion for wellness, there could be an exciting path forward for you here.

What We’re Looking For
We value customer service above all else. If you have 2+ years of customer service and retail sales experience, are skilled with computers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to connect. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and professional appearance are also important.

Ready to Join Us?
If you’re passionate about wellness, love providing exceptional service, and are motivated to grow with our team, don’t let this opportunity float away!
