SPA ASSOCIATE

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is currently seeking candidates that are passionate about sales, health and wellness. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facial, and hair removal services. With over 500 North American locations, Hand & Stone is a leader in the membership-based spa service industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
• Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
• Display a positive, energetic attitude
• Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
• Perform various other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a membership-based environment
• 1 to 3 years of administrative experience
• Previous experience in a sales or hospitality environment is considered an asset
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Positive, professional, and welcoming attitude
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts as required
• Comfortable handling cash, processing payments, and assisting with membership and sales inquiries
