客房部-水療接待員 SPA Attendant

Position Overview

The SPA Attendant ensures the daily cleanliness, set-up, and maintenance of the Gym and spa area. The individual is responsible for assisting guests with class reservations and attending to any inquiries about the Gym and spa facilities.

The Role

• Maintains the highest level of cleanliness, comfort, and condition throughout the Gym and SPA facilities.
• Performs daily shift opening and closing duties, which include setting up, maintaining, putting away, and cleaning equipment.
• Answers phone calls and email correspondences, and assists in the booking of fitness classes and personal training sessions for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor immediately to ensure defect-free guest rooms before treatment appointments.
• Assists guests in the orientation of facilities and safe use of equipment. Be familiar with the department's standard operating procedures and hotel policies.
• Keep informed of VIP and special attention guest reservations and ensure that the preferences are well communicated within the team.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's daily services, activities, promotions, and events. Effectively communicate and update all team members on any changes to ensure guests receive up-to-date information.
• Introduces and promotes classes and service amenities to guests to, services. Makes recommendations based on the customer's history preferences or requests.
• Perform daily shift opening and closing duties which include exchanging soiled linens with fresh new ones at the Laundry department. Ensures the correct type and quantity of linens when doing so.
• Handles guest requests and immediately refers problems and complaints to the Manager or Supervisor.

Talent Prfoile

• 1-3 years experience in recreation, physical fitness facilities, country club, or customer service industry.
• Spa therapy knowledge is an advantage.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Office and Internet).
• Strong communication skills in English are of advantage.
• Can legally working in Taiwan

• 執行健身房/水療室營業開始和結束的日常職務，包含各項設備的設置、維護、收納與清潔。
• 接聽電話和電子郵件，協助顧客預約健身課程和私人訓練課程。
• 即時向主管回報任何待修繕的事物，確保在課程開始之前健身房及教室皆無任何缺陷。
• 幫助顧客了解各項設施與設備的安全使用方法。熟悉部門的標準作業流程以及酒店規範。
• 隨時掌握 VIP的預訂情況，並確保團隊充分了解其喜好。
• 隨時掌握酒店日常服務、活動、促銷等最新資訊。若有任何變更，需向團隊成員更新以確保顧客收到最新資訊。
• 向顧客介紹並推薦課程及設施。針對顧客的歷史記錄、喜好或要求提出建議。
• 執行健身房/水療室營業開始和結束的日常職務，包含將使用過的布巾送回洗衣房，領取乾淨的布巾，並確保其品項與數量皆正確。
• 處理顧客的需求，並即時將任何意見或抱怨回報給主管。

求才條件

• 1-3 年的休閒、健身設施、鄉村俱樂部或客服行業的經驗。
• 具備水療療法知識者優先考慮。
• 具備電腦操作能力（熟悉 Microsoft Office 和網際網路）。
• 良好的英語溝通能力者優先考慮。
• 具備合法在台灣工作身分
