• Operations
• To perform daily opening & closing procedure
• To assist staff in cleaning and clearing up all work areas at all time
• To look after all guest service areas and maintain it to the highest standard level
• To check and follow up on the repair and maintenance of the spa
• To ensure all equipment is in safe condition and in working order (AIWO)
• To reports any observed or known safety hazards, conditions or unsafe practices to the Spa Manager and/ Supervisor immediately
• Able to remain calm under pressure and handle emergency situation
• Administration
• To update the Maintenance Log Book
• To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manager or supervisor’s guidelines
• To respond to the change as indicated by the company
• Policy & Procedure
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures
• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy related to fire, hygiene, health and safety
• To report for duty punctually and wear the correct uniform with the name badge at all times
• To carry out the other duties as assigned by the management team
• To establish good relationship and rapport with guests and colleagues
• To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene in work areas
