Spa Attendant

Position OverviewCure Day Spa is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Spa Attendant to join our growing team. This position plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, relaxing, and luxurious experience for our guests. The Spa Attendant maintains the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of our locker rooms, pool area, and spa amenities while ensuring guests feel comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience

• Warmly welcome guests and escort them to the appropriate locker rooms.
• Provide guests with an overview of the locker room facilities and spa amenities.
• Assist guests with locating lockers, robes, towels, and other amenities.
• Answer general guest questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and attentive presence throughout the spa.

Spa Facilities & Cleanliness

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all locker rooms, showers, restrooms, and changing areas.
• Regularly inspect and tidy the pool area and surrounding relaxation spaces.
• Ensure towels, robes, toiletries, and other guest amenities are consistently stocked.
• Clean and sanitize designated surfaces and high-touch areas throughout the day.
• Keep relaxation areas, sauna, steam room, and other spa amenities clean and guest-ready.
• Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or equipment issues to management.

Laundry & Daily Operations

• Collect, wash, dry, fold, and organize towels, robes, and other spa linens.
• Maintain a consistent supply of fresh linens throughout the facility.
• Monitor laundry inventory and communicate replenishment needs.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures for the spa amenities.
• Support the spa team with additional operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, resort, hospitality, or customer service environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varying shifts as needed.

Compensation

• Starting at $17.00 per hour
