SPA CLEANER – JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented, and reliable Spa Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and a pleasant atmosphere throughout the spa facility. The successful candidate will ensure that treatment rooms, reception areas, restrooms, and other spa facilities are clean, sanitized, and properly arranged to provide clients with a comfortable and relaxing experience.

2. Job Description

• Clean and sanitize spa treatment rooms, massage rooms, reception areas, and waiting areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, and surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, and other shared facilities.
• Replace towels, linens, and other supplies in treatment rooms as required.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain clean waste bins.
• Ensure spa equipment, beds, and surfaces are cleaned and sanitized after use, following established procedures.
• Restock toiletries, cleaning materials, and other essential supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness of staff areas and storage spaces.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or shortages of cleaning supplies to management.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely and use the appropriate protective equipment.
• Maintain a quiet, peaceful, and welcoming environment for spa clients.

3. Requirements/Skills

• Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
• Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a spa, hotel, salon, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Good time management and physical stamina.
• Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and respect client privacy.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
