Spa Concierge

About the role

The Spa Concierge provides a warm, personalized luxury welcome to hotel guests, external visitors, and regular members. You will conduct professional consultations to introduce Thalgo's marine-powered treatments, matching guests' wellness needs with specific facials and body rituals, while anticipating guest needs and professionally handling checkouts, feedback, and inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized luxury welcome to hotel guests, external visitors, and regular members
• Conduct professional consultations to introduce Thalgo's marine-powered treatments, matching guests wellness needs with specific facials and body rituals
• Anticipate guest needs and professionally handle checkouts, guest feedback, and inquiries
• Actively manage the independent spa booking system to optimize therapist schedules, eliminate gaps, and maximize daily appointment capacity
• Drive upsells and cross-sells by pairing treatments with body scrubs or recommending specific Thalgo retail products for home care to achieve daily sales targets
• Handle daily cashiering, process accurate billings, and perform standard daily financial closeouts
• Conduct routine walk-throughs of the reception, waiting lounge, and retail displays to ensure pristine visual presentation and hygiene compliance
• Keep the relaxation lounges and changing facilities continuously stocked with clean linens, amenities, and complimentary items
• Monitor facility wear-and-tear, reporting any building maintenance or technical issues directly to the Spa Manager for external coordination

About you

• SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years' experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, retail, or customer service is preferred
• Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented with the ability to achieve targets
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
