Spa Concierge

Toska Spa is seeking a polished, personable, and highly detail-oriented Spa Concierge to join our Charlotte team.

The Spa Concierge plays an essential role in the Toska Spa experience. As one of the first and last points of contact for our clients, this position requires someone who is warm and welcoming while remaining professional, composed, attentive, and precise.

This is not simply a front desk position. Our Spa Concierges are expected to understand our services and skincare offerings, anticipate client needs, manage details accurately, and help create a seamless experience from the moment a client contacts the spa through the completion of their visit.

Founded by internationally recognized facialist Toska Husted, Toska Spa is known for highly customized facial treatments, advanced techniques, luxury skincare, and a results-driven approach to skin health.

Our Charlotte spa works with prestigious professional skincare brands including Biologique Recherche, Valmont, Auteur, 111SKIN, Environ, and Colorescience.

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, a high-end spa or salon, retail, beauty, or client service is preferred. However, professionalism, communication skills, attention to detail, initiative, and a genuine desire to provide outstanding service are most important.

Responsibilities

As a Toska Spa Concierge, you will:

• Warmly welcome clients and assist them throughout their spa experience
• Answer incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails professionally and promptly
• Schedule and manage client appointments with accuracy
• Understand our treatment menu well enough to help guide clients toward the appropriate service
• Confirm appointments and communicate important pre-appointment information
• Manage client check-in and checkout
• Process payments, gift cards, product purchases, and other transactions accurately
• Assist clients with skincare purchases and connect them with the appropriate team member when additional guidance is needed
• Become knowledgeable about Toska Spa treatments, products, brands, policies, and promotions
• Maintain accurate client profiles, notes, and appointment information
• Help manage waitlists, cancellations, schedule changes, and client requests
• Maintain the presentation and organization of the reception, retail, and client-facing areas
• Monitor details throughout the spa to ensure spaces remain clean, organized, and prepared for clients
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
• Support inventory, product organization, order preparation, and shipping as needed
• Assist with spa events, promotions, and special client experiences
• Communicate closely with estheticians and management to keep the day running smoothly
• Anticipate client and team needs and take initiative when something requires attention

Preferred:

• Previous luxury hospitality, spa, salon, beauty, retail, or client-service experience
• Experience with appointment scheduling or booking software
• Experience working in a high-touch client environment
• Knowledge or interest in professional skincare
• Retail or product sales experience
