Austin Pretty Girl is seeking an experienced, professional, and friendly Front Desk / Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a med spa, esthetics, dermatology, or similar office
- Sales experience required
- Professional, friendly, and confident communication skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities include: greeting and checking in clients, answering phones and texts, scheduling appointments, client follow-up, retail and service sales, memberships, and general front desk support.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Hours: 20–30 hours per week
Schedule: Wednesday –Saturday
We are looking for someone with med spa experience who understands both exceptional client service and sales.
