We are seeking an elegant, personable, and highly professional Spa Coordinator who understands skincare, appreciates the luxury beauty industry, and is passionate about creating an exceptional client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and professionally, creating a polished, luxurious first impression.
• Coordinate daily spa operations, including appointments, scheduling, check-ins, checkouts, and follow-up communication.
• Communicate confidently with clients about our skincare services, facials, advanced aesthetic treatments, and professional skincare products.
• Help clients navigate our treatment menu and connect them with the appropriate services and skincare specialists.
• Support appointment bookings, rebooking, treatment plans, and retail skincare sales.
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, clean, and inviting reception area and spa environment.
• Answer phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.
• Build strong client relationships through attentive service, thoughtful communication, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with our estheticians and team to ensure a seamless, personalized client experience.
• Represent Evolve Spa’s luxury brand with discretion, confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, aesthetics, and wellness.
• Familiarity with professional skincare products, facials, laser services, and aesthetic treatments.
• Experience in a luxury spa, med spa, skincare clinic, or beauty environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Boulevard scheduling and spa management software for appointment booking, client profiles, checkout, and daily operations.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for email marketing, client communications, promotional campaigns, and follow-up messaging.
• Comfort with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with an understanding of beauty and skincare content, promotions, and brand presentation.
• An elevated, polished, and professional personal presentation that reflects a luxury spa environment.
• A warm, friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Comfortable discussing skincare services and products and making thoughtful retail recommendations.
• Reliable, proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work collaboratively with estheticians and management.
• Previous spa coordination, front desk, hospitality, luxury retail, or client-facing experience is a plus.
