The Viana Spa is looking for a Spa Director to lead our team and set the standard for wellness and hospitality. You’ll guide every part of the guest journey, from the first booking call to the last moment of calm before checkout. You’ll also build a team that delivers that experience every day.

What you’ll do

• Lead daily spa operations, including treatments, retail, front desk, fitness, and facilities
• Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule a team of therapists, estheticians, nail technicians, and guest service staff
• Own the spa’s financial performance: revenue goals, budgets, labor costs, retail sales, and inventory
• Develop and refresh treatment menus, packages, and seasonal promotions
• Work with hotel leadership, sales, and events teams on group bookings, weddings, and in-house guest programs
• Uphold luxury service standards, health and safety rules, and licensing compliance
• Manage vendor and product-line relationships
• Track guest feedback and use it to keep improving the experience

What you bring

• 5+ years of spa management experience, ideally in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end day spa
• Proven success leading teams and meeting revenue goals
• Strong financial skills, including P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
• Deep knowledge of spa treatments, product lines, and wellness trends
• Experience with spa booking software such as MindBody, Book4Time / SpaSoft / other
• Excellent communication, warmth, and composure
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Esthetician or massage therapy license is a plus
