Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, friendly, and professional experience to every guest
• “Go the extra mile” to drive service, retail sales and future memberships.
• Build trusting, long-term client relationships
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage therapy, skincare, and spa memberships
• Schedule and confirm appointments; keep the daily appointment book balanced
• Maintain front desk organization and assist with inventory procedures
• Communicate clearly with clients and service providers to maximize efficiency
• Maintain the spa clean during downtime and assist with daily laundry for providers
• Assist with simple social media tasks; basic Canva skills are a plus
• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours: mornings at 8:30 AM to close, Saturday & Sunday and select holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to resolve customer concerns calmly and professionally
• Reliable transportation
• Computer proficiency
• Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision

Work Schedule: Shift Saturday & Sunday
Experience: 1 year of sales experience (required)
