Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Downtown Denver is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Spa Front Desk Associates!

No spa experience is required! We're looking for individuals with great attitudes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional, and inviting spa experience.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and assist guests with questions.
• Educate guests about our massage, facial, and membership services.
• Recommend memberships, service enhancements, and retail products based on guest needs.
• Process transactions and manage appointments using our spa management software.
• Support membership enrollment, retention, and guest satisfaction initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and management to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and sales initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• A positive, outgoing personality and genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort discussing services, memberships, and promotions with guests.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Availability to work at least one weekend day.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation & Perks

• $19.50 per hour plus commission and bonus
