- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive spa experience.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and phone calls.
- Provide accurate information on services, products, promotions, and assist with customer requests.
- Handle customer issues and resolve service or record errors professionally.
- Ensure the spa outlet is clean, organized, well-stocked, and welcoming.
- Work closely with therapists and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain professional grooming and adhere to the company’s dress code and hygiene standards at all times.
- Prepare daily updates and reports for the supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
