SPA FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
Join our Spa team and be the first impression of an exceptional guest experience.
We are looking for a warm, polished, and service-focused Spa Front Desk Receptionist to welcome our guests and members and help create a seamless, relaxing experience from arrival to departure.
In this role, you will:
- Greet and warmly welcome guests and members.
- Schedule and manage spa appointments and packages.
- Check guests in and out and assist with locker access.
- Answer questions and provide knowledgeable information about spa services, treatments, amenities, and products.
- Assist with retail sales and spa transactions.
- Support daily opening, closing, cleanliness, and organization of the spa.
- Maintain a professional, attentive, and welcoming environment.
What we're looking for:
A friendly, polished hospitality professional with excellent communication and organizational skills who can multitask while maintaining a calm, welcoming presence. Spa, hotel, or retail experience is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
