The successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader who can combine the standards of luxury hospitality with strong commercial and operational discipline.

3) Commercial & Operational Performance
- Take ownership of departmental budgets, labour planning, cost control and overall commercial performance.
- Optimise treatment utilisation, capacity and revenue while protecting the quality of the member experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators including utilisation, average spend, revenue, retail performance, labour and member satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop initiatives that strengthen engagement, repeat usage and commercial performance.
- Use operational data and member insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
