Job summary:
Responsible for meeting and exceeding guest expectations while guiding the guest through their Cinzia Spa Day experience. Touring the guest of the facility and introducing them to potential upgrades to their spa day such as the salt suite and infrared sauna.
Summary of essential job functions:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm professional manner.
- Provide spa tour upon check in.
- Assisting guests to locker facilities and familiarizing them with check in procedure.
- Exceptional understanding of spa services, packages, product knowledge and announcing of special promotions.
- Ability to up sell guests on additional products and services.
- Prepare and service lunches.
- Communication with spa attendants on linen restocking and front of the house needs.
- Source of information regarding everything that is available to ensure guest experience is memorable.
- Maintain general cleanliness and organization of main lobby.
· Ensure guests expectations are exceeded each day.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
