The Role

As a Spa Hammam Therapist, you will provide a relaxing and memorable experience for every client while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and hygiene. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering traditional Hammam treatments following our training and standards.
• Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all areas remain clean, organised and welcoming.
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and health & safety standards.
• Welcoming clients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visit.
• Explaining treatments and recommending suitable aftercare products where appropriate.
• Supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the spa.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who are:

• Friendly, professional and approachable.
• Passionate about wellbeing and customer service.
• Eager to learn new skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Flexible to work weekends and some evenings.
• Previous experience or knowledge of massage therapy, beauty treatments or spa services would be an advantage, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.

No previous Hammam or spa experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.

Working Hours

Our spa is open:

• Monday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
• Wednesday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
• Friday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 11:00am – 6:00pm
• Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Working days and shifts will be agreed in advance.
