About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Head Spa & Osteopathic / Bonesetting Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in scalp/head spa treatments with osteopathic/chiropractic or manual body alignment techniques to provide our clients with a holistic relaxation and therapeutic experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality head spa treatments, deep scalp cleansing, nourishment, and head acupressure massages.
• Perform structural alignment assessments (e.g., posture, neck/back tension, pelvic alignment) and provide safe, effective manual therapy / osteopathic techniques.
• Customize therapeutic plans combining head spa and body alignment based on individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and relaxing environment in treatment rooms and adhere to sanitation protocols.
• Build strong relationships with clients and offer professional home-care advice.

About you

• 1–3+ years of experience in Head Spa, Physical Therapy, Body Therapy, or Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) manipulative therapy.
• Proficiency in osteopathy, bonesetting, or deep tissue manual therapy techniques.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Mandarin to interact with diverse clients.
